Web Site Purchase: We will only deliver to the original card holder of the purchase. The card holder should plan to be at home the day we are delivering. If we have to reschedule the delivery because the card holder was not present, there will be a redelivery cost of $50.
In Store Purchase: We will deliver to the address the customer requests. The customer may authorize us to complete the delivery to authorized personnel.
We offer free delivery in the metropolitan areas of Panama for purchases over $300. Any purchase that needs to be sent to the interiors of Panama will require a separate freight. Please contact us before making a purchase so we can help you quote the freight first.
We reserve the right to deliver in certain areas. For security reasons we will not deliver to locations that pose a risk to our delivery personnel.
We do not confirm an exact time of delivery. If a request is made to deliver by a certain hour, we will do everything in our power to accommodate the request.
We request that your service elevator is large enough for the item you are purchasing and is in working condition. For the safety of our personnel and the safety of your purchase we will not take the merchandise up flights of stairs.
Check your delivery upon arrival. Dents and scratches are not covered by factory warranty. Ensure your investment has arrived scratch and dent free. Once a product is signed for any claims must be done through the authorized service center of the brand.
Our delivery personnel are not technicians. They complete deliveries. As an example, please do not ask them to dismount refrigerator doors to pass through tight spaces. We have technicians that do this. If one is necessary we can send one to assist with this. If you require someone to install your television or home theater, we have staff that are capable of this. Please don't ask our delivery personnel to perform tasks reserved for technicians. Tech And House will not be held accountable if this clause is violated.
Only allow certified personnel to install your equipment. Ask for their licences (Ideonidad). Protect your investment. Protect your home.
Warranty And Claims
To be able to give you the best possible service a lot of brands have established a network of service centers throughout Panama. If you have an issue with a product, please check our service center page for instructions on how to proceed. If the product has a factory defect and is under warranty, they have to issue an RMA number before we can change a product.
Some brands that we import do not have a service center in Panama. In such cases we handle factory defects and warranty claims directly.
